This terrific team came out quickly to assess my situation and give me an estimate. They started a day or so later, as agreed upon. All the team members we conscientious about being tidy, and the work was executed with transparency, diligence and followed on schedule.

Due to a mistake on my part, some tiles were put down that we a shade off. The team was able to flex to correct the error and my bathroom was back to working order in no time.

Asked for a free quote to fix 2 toilets. One clogged, the other just not working period. They contacted me within an hour to set up appointment for service tech to come out. We set up an appointment, but due to an emergency on their part, we had to wait an extra day (actually the weekend since it was a Friday afternoon). After setting appointment for Monday morning, they contacted & changed it to an afternoon appointment - luckily we're retired so could arrange to be home.
Tech called before coming. Confirmed he would be there in 45 minutes. He arrived on time. He very quickly assessed both toilets. One needed auguring & the other needed replacement parts. He didn't carry the parts on his truck, so he went to pick them up & came back. Eric was friendly, efficient & helpful. He took care of our problems quickly.

Let me tell you, these guys were great and very knowledgeable!  I had a problem with back up in my master bathroom and had several plumbing companies come by to evaluate and give me an estimate.  They all took a look at sump pump and saw it wasn't run and automatically just wanted to replace it despite me telling a full backstory and how I've already had to replace it 2x in less than 7 years.  Roy & Jorge came on time, really discussed with each other the possibilities of what could be wrong, and did a full evaluation and quickly fixed the simple problem that somebody had turned off the breakers for the pump.  Such a simple fix that any plumber should be able to evaluate if they took just a second to think through the problem.  Despite me wanting to pay them for their time, they refused payment (which I thought was very professional of them and showed me that they weren't out there to scam or price gouge anyone).  Thank you again for making what seemed to be a complicated and expensive problem to be simple and a quick fix. We're absolutely giving Roy and his crew a 5 star review. We discovered we had leaks under our house just 2 months after moving in. It came as a surprise but we had to deal with it. We had a few quotes and they came recommended by a community member. And they delivered. Their work was superb. They took care to replace all the drain pipes and had to cut through one of our walls. And they patched the wall, left it as it had never been breached (they just don't paint). Their cost was on par with other quotes, even lower. And they completed all the work as promised. I had a very pleasant interaction with Roy.  I found Open Line Plumbing and their five Yelp star reviews by asking for quotes through Yelp messaging. 

I needed a Moen Flo leak detector device installed and a temperature sensor because if I didn't my insurance, Safeco was terminating me. So Roy was the first bidder to show up.   But I got a bid for $950 not including the device which I got through Yelp messaging from another company, just as an estimate.

 Roy showed me how he was going to run the path and that it was not a simple installation because there wasn't much room on the pipe and he had to make all these modifications.

 Well we got sidetracked because I had two Toyota RVs on my driveway. And Roy was asking me about the two RVs and then he told me he has a school bus that he modified to be an RV where he took his wife and two kids all the way across the country and through Canada. He showed me pictures of the 40 ft School bus on his phone, and the interior that he put in it
 Looked just like a regular RV interior 

Well he did a terrific job everything looked like new, his school bus, not my copper pipe.

And it turned out I found later that Roy's company gave me the cheapest installation price if I provide the Moen flow they would install it for $350. Other companies who came after him we're incredulous about Roy's price and well,  I couldn't say that they would say anything good about it because they couldn't beat the price.

 But Roy had his office give it to me in writing.

 I have not gotten to the point yet and I think rather than do the things that my insurance company wants me to I'm trying to find alternative ways to avoid it by changing status of my insurance. 

But I could see why this company has five solid Yelp Stars if I would need to install the Moen Flo, I would pick Open Line Plumbing and hope that Roy comes to my door.

Open Line was great to work with.  We had an active leak in a drain line in our bathroom that needed immediate attention on a late Sat. afternoon.
